The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather it is recovered from the land of one Ajit Kumar. He submits that the charge-sheet has been submitted and the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 11.07.2019. He further submits that after lodging the present case the petitioner has been made accused in another case as Khajekala P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019 under Section 30(a), 38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
