Heard learned counsel for the petitioner No.2 Jaimul Khatoon and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64107 of 2019(2) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 with Complaint Case No. C-94 of 2019, registered under Section 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torturing of complainant/O.P. No.2 by her husband and other in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of Rs. Two lakhs and a motorcycle and removing her from matrimonial house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner No.2 is the mother-in-law of the complainant/O.P. No.2 and no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner No.2.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner No. 2 Jainul Khatoon, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. 1st Class, Sadar Motihar, E.Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. C-94 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
