2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. (Belaon) Case No. 156 of 2024 dated 03.06.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 120B, 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 07.06.2024, the informant's sons namely Pankaj Kumar and Aman Kumar had gone to Belaon Bazar for purchasing vegetables and after that Pankaj Kumar handed over the vegetables and mobile to his

Later on, Pankaj Kumar did not return to his village then the informant and other persons started searching for him and during search, the informant came to know that a dead body is lying at Maa Kali Temple. When the informant went Maa Kali Temple along with his family members, they found the dead body of the deceased, Pankaj Kumar. It is further alleged that the informant apprehends that the petitioners and the co-accused person killed his son and thrown his body near Maa Kali Temple.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioners has surfaced in this case during the course of investigation. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 09.06.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. (Belaon) Case No. 156 of 2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
