2. The petitioner has a grievance that though he had appeared in the practical test of Chemistry paper held by the Bihar School Examination Board, he has been shown absent and accordingly his result has not been published.
3. Mr. Ajay Behari Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Board submits that the Bihar School Examination Board is having a Grievance Redressal System being looked after by two Additional Secretary-rank Officers, designated as Public Grievance Redressal Officer, one for the secondary and other for senior secondary level.

4. Considering the above submission made on behalf of the Board, I dispose of this writ application with a liberty to the petitioner to make an application before the Grievance Redressal forum of the Board raising the grievance, which is being raised in the present application. If such application is being made within one week from today, the Board will be required to take a decision by passing appropriate order within four weeks thereafter.
5. This application stands disposed of.
