2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024 lodged on 10.05.2024 under Section 341, 323, 379, 307, 447, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against seven named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom there is an allegation that they have assaulted the informant and his uncle due to which both were severely injured and admitted to hospital.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel further submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is

He further submits that for the alleged occurrence dated 31.03.2024, two criminal cases has been lodged. He further submits that both are the resident of the same village and both are well known to each other and for the petty issue, dispute has arisen and resulted into scuffling.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024 subject to the condition laid down under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
