2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 33 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the informant was told by the accused persons that the daughter of the informant had committed suicide and subsequently the dead body of the deceased was recovered by the police.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has wrongly been implicated in this case only and the deceased was having some mental issues and she was under treatment for the same cause. In support of his submission, learned counsel for the petitioner has annexed a prescription of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66974 of 2023(3) dt.13-12-2023 2/2 the Doctor from Ranchi and other prescriptions are not being found after the death of the deceased.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2023.

7. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 33 of 2023.

10. As a condition of this bail order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on the dates fixed by the trial Court.
