In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sonebarsa P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the son of the informant had gone to shop of the petitioners for purchase of biscuit and whereafter he did not return and thereafter, his dead body was found in the pond and at the instance of the villagers, they have confessed the fact of commission of such a heinous crime against the son of the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59912 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioners has placed reliance on the orders passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.42526 of 2019 and 43223 of 2019 by which petitioners of both the cases, being lady, have already been granted bail, but the present petitioner cannot take benefit of similarity to those female petitioners. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
