The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 321 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 413,414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one mobile and one live cartridge have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2023 and has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.
