2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1035 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have fired upon the informant which hit on his leg.

4. The petitioner is the assailant of the victim who has sustained injury in his leg. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 06.03.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1035 of 2022.
