JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-10-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR petitioners have been appointed on the post of teacher on the basis of forged certificate. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have been sufficiently punished as they were terminated from service and they are ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on them.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioners, in the event of surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pramod Kumar Mahan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition that they have to co-operate in the investigation.
