Petitioner's husband late Mahendra Singh died in harness on 16.10.2007 as a Work Inspector in Minor Irrigation Division, Bhabhua.

Petitioner claims G.P.F. amount for the work charge period of her husband between 1987 to December, 1998 which has not been paid, although her husband died in the year 2007.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21761 of 2018(3) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 6, the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Department, Government of Bihar, Bhabhua which will be disposed of by a reasoned order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such representation. Any amount, if admissible, would be paid within one month thereafter.
