1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1035 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. The specific allegation is against the co-accused Pappu Tanti. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in
