2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.419 of 2024 lodged dated 25.06.2024 under Section 392 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown accused persons against whom there is allegation of robbery against them.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has figured in this case by virtue of confessional statement of the co-accused persons from whose possession, the recovery of alleged looted money to the tune of Rs.54,170/- has been made.

Learned Counsel submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner was not put on T.I.P.

6. Learned Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2024 having clean antecedent and charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case.

7. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner's name has figured in this case by virtue of confessional statement of the co-accused.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail, but only after framing of charge, if not framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.419 of 2024, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
