The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) to pass an order with regard to approval of Map Plan of the petitioner's house which has been submitted alongwith its authentication fees on 11.03.2017; (ii) not to disturb / interfere with the existing plan /

Patna High Court CWJC No.20846 of 2019(3) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 construction of the petitioner house situated over the petitioner's ancestral land since last 40-50 years.

It is surprising that a citizen has to come to the Court for such smaller things, the petitioner wants to pass an order on the map submitted by him which the Patna Municipal Corporation has failed to do despite the fact that the same was submitted in 2017 alongwith required fee.

Mr. Bipin Kumar Singh, learned Counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation submits that the corporation will be taking decision within next three months.

Failure to do so, the petitioner will be entitled to a cost of Rs. 10,000/- Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Neha/- U
