Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by the decision of this Court dated 27.3.2012 in CWJC No. 1430 of 2012.

From perusal of the order dated 27.3.2012, it appears that the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to check up the OMR sheet of the petitioner and allow him marks if answer in respect of the question Nos. 6 and

If answers given by the petitioner in respect of question Nos. 6,11, 19 and 70 are correct, revised result be published accordingly. In the event the petitioner secured 40 marks on revision of marks, the consequential benefits must be extended to the petitioner. The entire exercise must be completed by the respondents within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order provided OMR sheets are available.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
