2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions for setting aside the order dated 23.7.2015/8.8.2015 passed by the Circle Officer, Bidupur in Case No.05/2015-16, travelling beyond jurisdiction without following the mandatory provisions of Bihar Privileged Persons

Patna High Court CWJC No.22146 of 2018(3) dt.03-11-2025 2/2 Tenancy Rules, 1948 (hereinafter mentioned as Rules) (Annexure-1) and further for setting aside the Baskit Parcha issued in favour of the Respondents 2nd set.

3. The counter affidavit by the Circle Officer, Bidupur shows that the Appeal No. 126 of 2016-17 was pending till the affidavit was made.

4. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the C.O., Bidupur to conclude the Appeal No. 126 of 2016-17 if still pending preferably within a period of six months.
