Vide order dated 21.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1722 of 2022, anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner directing him to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but his bail bond was not accepted by the court below due to difference in the name of the petitioner and his father in the FIR and the Aadhar Card. In this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed the instant modification application stating that the name of the petitioner and his father mentioned in the FIR is Mansoor Mian son of Aziz Mian but their name is mentioned in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65948 of 2022(2) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 Aadhar Card as Mansoor Alam, son of Ajij Miyan. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the name of the petitioner and his father be read as Mansoor Mian @ Mansoor Alam, son of Ajij Miyan @ Aziz Mian and further a period of four weeks time to surrender before the court below is also granted.
Let the petitioner surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with SC/ST (Bettiah) P.S. Case No. 29 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge (SC/ST), Bettiah, West Champaran and remaining parts of the said order shall remain intact.
