JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 114/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation against these petitioners that they took the deceased from his house and, subsequently, the dead body of deceased was found in the house of petitioner No. 1, therefore, considering the above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners .

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66952 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
