2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Shrikrishnapuri P.S. Case No.422 of 2022, registered for the offences under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.74634 of 2023.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have killed the deceased after hatching conspiracy.

4. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 02.11.2022.

5. Considering the delay in the trial of the present

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77580 of 2024(7) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV, Patna/concerned Court below, in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No.422 of 2022.

7. Petitioner is directed to cooperate in the trial personally or through his counsel.
