This application has been filed for restoration of C.R. No. 243 of 2016, which stood dismissed for nonprosecution vide order dated 29.11.2016. For the reasons mentioned in this application, it is allowed and C.R. No. 243 of 2016, is restored to its original file. Re. C.R. No. 243 of 2016 The present application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 16.07.2016 passed by the Additional District Judge-VI, Vaishali at Hajipur in Probate Case No. 20/1998 by which the legal heirs of Vidya Sagar Sharma have been directed to be substituted in his place. I have gone through the records. There is no illegality or jurisdictional error in the impugned order.
