2. Parties have informed that they will settle the matrimonial dispute amicably.

3. It is expected that the parties will arrive at some amicable settlement without further resorting to any case after case lodged against each other for trivial reasons when they have arrived not to live together and seeks to resolve their dispute with amicable settlement or by availing appropriate remedy.

4. It is made clear that in the light of law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273 and Satender Kumar Antil v. CBI reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51, the protection under Section 41 Cr.P.C. will remain with the petitioner.
