JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-05-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that in the order dated 29.04.2019 in the very first paragraph, this Court has noticed the impugned orders whereunder Annexure 'P-4' is one of the impugned orders but in the last paragraph of the order inadvertently due to typographical error the Annexure number has been written as 'P-2' in place of 'P-4'. To that extent a correction is required.

Learned counsel for the State is present and has no objection to the same.

Let Annexure 'P-2' referred in last paragraph at page '5' of the order dated 29.04.2019 be read as Annexure 'P-4' and rest of the order shall remain intact.
