2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118 (1), 109, 303 ( 2 ), 352 and 3 (5) of BNS.
3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely, Md. Gufran Ali alleged that on 17.02.2025 at about 7 PM, when informant reached near Urdu Madhya Vidyala , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner surrounded him and snatched Rs. 4,000/- and gold chain from informant. Upon protest, accused persons started assaulting the informant in which co-accused Kamran inflicted knife blow to informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65934 of 2025(2) dt.22-09-2025 2/2 Specific accusation of inflicting knife blow is against coaccused Kamran . So far as, this petitioner is concerned, allegation is general and omnibus against him. No specific allegation is alleged against him. Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature to make the case grave . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Chapra at Saran in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 85 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
