The present writ application has been filed for quashing the order dated 31.10.2017 passed in Case No. 15 of 2017, as contained in Annexure-5, issued by Respondent No. 02, Assistant Inspector General, Registration whereby the petitioner has been directed to deposit deficit stamp, penalty and interest for delayed payment.

After some argument, Mr. Pramod Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw

Permission is accorded.

The present writ application is disposed of with aforementioned liberty.

Is such appeal is filed along with an application for condonation of delay within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the appellate authority will consider the same in accordance with law keeping in view the fact that the writ application was pending before this Court.
