The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 169 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is a qualified Doctor and petitioner no.2 is qualified Nurse. Both have relevant certificates and registered for medical practice, as detailed in Annexure nos. 2 and 3. Further submission is that Annexure-5 shows that the petitioner no.1 is competent to do simple surgery work. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.61416 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VI, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 169 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
