ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-11-2015 Today the petitioner produces a bank draft of Rs. 2,50,000/- which the counsel for the complainant receives and signs in the margin of the order sheet in token of receipt of the same. In view of such transaction, in the interest of parties, further proceeding including the order of cognizance dated 27.07.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 525C of 2012 is hereby set aside.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there are some documents lying with the complainant. Hence he should return the same.
