2. The petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2023 in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No. 294 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of selling stolen pick up van.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to politics. He further submits that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged pick up van. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No. 294 of 2023.

7. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Nautan police station on every Sunday of the month. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
