The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S.Case No. 235 of 2017 registered under Sections 354-B, 504, 506, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case of the prosecution as narrated in the First Information Report is highly improbable. He submitted that the wife of the petitioner Veena Devi has been made co-accused in this case and it is unbelievable that she would be facilitating her husband in outraging the modesty of the informant. Considering the submissions made above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S.Case No. 235 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
