JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA) 19-12-2019 Mr. Amit Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that he seeks permission to withdraw this review petition to avail the benefits of scheme sponsored under "Sabka Vikas Legal Dispute Resolution Scheme". Learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties/respondents does not raise any objection in withdrawal
Patna High Court C. REV. No.299 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 of review petition but submits that this Court should not grant liberty to appellant to avail the benefits under the aforesaid sponsored scheme.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, this appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
So far as benefits of the aforesaid scheme is concerned, the same shall be considered by the concerned authorities and it would not be proper for this Court to make any observation in this regard.
