The petitioner was selected on the post of Junior Electrical Engineer and later on, he has tendered his resignation. In Clause-5 of the appointment letter, it has been mentioned that he will have to pay an amount of Rs.50,000/- for the purposes of accepting his resignation, so the petitioner cannot resile and make bald statement that he was not granted any training.
In the appointment letter it has been stipulated that the petitioner will have to pay Rs.50000/- for the purposes of obtaining approval of his resignation from the North Bihar
Patna High Court CWJC No.18533 of 2017(3) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 Power Distribution Company Limited, he cannot make complaint against such demand.
In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had worked for one and half month, but he has not been paid any salary. If any outstanding amount is standing in favour of the petitioner, the respondent authorities shall pay the same to the petitioner without unnecessary delay. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U
