2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party no. 2 by a learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36992/2015 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2015 registered under Sections 323, 341, 504, 498A and 34, 376/ 511 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3/ 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. A demand draft of Rs. 21,50,000/- is handed over to the petitioner by learned counsel for the State Bank of India and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74769 of 2024(11) dt.20-07-2026 2/2 the same has been accepted by her.
4. In these circumstances, petitioner will take back the Demand Draft furnished earlier in the court below, handed over by learned counsel for O.P. No. 2.
5. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
6. The petitioner will act as per the compromise petition and in case, she refuses to do so, contempt proceeding shall be initiated against her.
