2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 436, 354 (B), 341 , 323 , 304, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
3 . As per the prosecution case , on 13.11.2023 at about 1:00 PM when the informant was constructing his house on the land purchased by him, in the meantime , all the accused persons including this petitioner along with 30 to 40 other persons came there and obstructed the construction work and when informant and others protested , they were assaulted by
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70290 of 2024(3) dt.08-01-2025 2/2 the accused persons. It is further alleged that accused persons also torn the clothes of daughter-in -law of informant and set the house of informant on fire .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties. He further submits that during course of investigation police has not found any substantial material to corroborate the allegation attributed to the petitioner and as such no case under Section 436 and 307 is made out against this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R., with specific allegation that this petitioner along with other coaccused persons set the house of the informant on fire and during course of investigation all witnesses have supported the prosecution case .
6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
