JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Deedarganj PS Case No. 162 of 2017, Special Case No. 149 of 2017, registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

The allegation in brief is that 3 Kilograms of Ganja was recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that only 3 Kilograms of Ganja has been recovered which is not a commercial quantity and the police has submitted charge-sheet in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Krishna Nonia is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Patna in connection with Deedarganj PS Case No. 162 of 2017, Special Case No. 149 of 2017.
