Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.07.2019. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 03.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47244/2015, order dated 18.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc.
