Case No.37 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed ABP No.507 of 2013 before the Sessions Judge, Jehanabad. The same was rejected on 01.07.2013. Hence, this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr. P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. A perusal of the order passed by the trial Court discloses that the application was dismissed for the same reason as mentioned in the order dated 01.07.2013 in A.B.P. No.485 of 2013. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner in A.B.P. No.485 of 2013 moved this Court by filing Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34426 of 2013 (3) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 No.33832 of 2013 and the same has been allowed by this Court on 03.04.2014.

Hence, this application is allowed. In the event of arrest, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kinjer P.S. Case No.37 of 2012.
