Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The F.I.R. was lodged on recovery of dead body of the brother of the informant. Suspicion is against different persons who are named in the F.I.R. for different reasons. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2019.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59671 of 2019(2) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
