2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 203/2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 126(2),115(2),109,3(5),103(1) of the BNS.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR of committing murder of the brother of the informant and also the fact that petitioner has two criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present bail application stands
