This application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 9272 of 2005 which stood dismissed for want of prosecution on 19.1.2012.

On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application explaining omission on part of the petitioner, the same is allowed and the C.W.J.C. No. 9272 of 2005 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that a cost of Rs. 500/- ( Five hundred rupees) will be deposited by the petitioner in the coffers of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within two weeks from today, thereafter, receipt showing payment of cost is to be filed.
