The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that five stolen motorcycles are recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 1.7.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is alleged that on confession of the petitioner, five stolen motorcycles are said to have been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62786 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 recovered. Said allegation is denied by the petitioner. There is no compliance of Section 100 of Cr.P.C. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released on bail after completion of six months in custody from 1.7.2019.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months in custody from 1.7.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XIV, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. case No.227 of 2019.
