JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-10-2019 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 29.07.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14925 of 2019, wherein the order has been passed as if the issue was with respect to appointment of Aanganbari Sevika.

2. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that because of a mistake on the part of the learned counsel for the petitioner, instead of "Aanganbari Sahayika", "Aanganbari Sevika" was typed in the writ petition.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the order dated 29.07.2019 is modified to the extent that "Aanganbari Sevika", at all places in the order, would be substituted by "Aanganbari Sahayika".

4. The application stands allowed accordingly.
