JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2018 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Aurangabad as per Section 18 of the Bihar Panchayat Elementary Teachers Employment & Service Conditions Rule, 2008.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner files a petition before the authority within a period of four weeks from today, the said authority shall be obliged to dispose of the case of the petitioner within a period of three months thereafter.
