JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 The dispute in the present writ application arises out of selection for the post of Anganbari Sevika in Govindpur Ward No. 2, Rajwada Panchayat in the district of Katihar. The petitioner has remedy of making complaint before the District Programme Officer, Katihar, if, according to her, selections have not been made properly under the guidelines governing selection of Anganbari Sevika. The District Magistrate is the appellate authority, whom the petitioner can approach, if she is not satisfied with the decision of the District Programme Officer.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to

Patna High Court CWJC No.19443 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 approach appropriate authority under the guidelines for redressal of her grievance.
