JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-12-2018 This modification application has been preferred stating therein that the amount shown in Annexure-A to the show cause, which has been taken note of by this Court while passing the order dated 10.10.2018 in MJC No.4422 of 2014, has not been fully paid to the petitioner, therefore, to that extent, the submission of the learned counsel for the Magadh University was not correct.

In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner is virtually seeking recall of the order dated 10.10.2018 so that the matter may be heard afresh. Such order cannot be passed in a modification application.
