====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case for the offence registered under Sections 323, 325, 379, 354(A)(ii)/34 of the IPC and Sections 4 and10 of POSCO Act.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioners misbehaved with the minor daughter of the informant and had torn the cloth of the victim. Further, on objection raised by the informant, he was assaulted by petitioners.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are languishing in custody since 12.08.2019. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The matter has already been compromised between the parties vide Annexure-2 to the present application.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1-cum-Special Judge, POSCO, Patna, in connection with Dhanarua P.S.
