2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 , 366 (A) and 34 of IPC .

3 . As per F.I.R. informant namely, Mahmud Ansari alleged that on 28.01.2023 , this petitioner took away her minor daughter for the purpose of marriage .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as allege. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P . C . has denied the prosecution case and stated that she on her

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, 164 Cr. P.C. statement of the victim , clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 79 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
