2. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University in which the stand is that Group Insurance amount has already been authorized on 23.03.2018 and with regard to arrears of salary for the period 01.01.2016 to 31.03.2016, the same shall be paid after adoption and proper notification by the State Government.

3. In view thereof, the Court finds that, as of now, all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to ensure that the amount of Group Insurance is paid to the petitioner latest within one week from the date of production of a copy of this order before him. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- AFR/NAFR U
