This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus in respect of arrears of salary which according to the petitioners ought to be paid in the light of the letter dated 18th March, 2019 dispatched by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani to the Block Education Officer, Bisfi, Madhubani, copy whereof is annexed as Annexure-5 to the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to examine the claim of the petitioners in accordance with law and pass an appropriate order as expeditiously as possible not later than three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of the order before him. In the event the petitioners are found entitled to any such payment, the same shall also be released simultaneously.
