Case No. 181 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 41 and 47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation is of recovery of 259.68 litres of liquor from the Scorpio vehicle and petitioner No.1 is said to be driver and petitioner No.2 was also arrested from there. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody for more than six months and they are ready to co-operate in disposal of trial.
