2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the bail application of the petitioners has earlier been rejected vide order dated 20.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48735 of 2022 in which liberty was granted to them to renew their prayer for bail after 8 months.

4. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the report has been called for.

5. From the report, it transpires that out of 10 witnesses, evidence of 8 witnesses has already been completed.

6. Counsel for the informant submits that as per his
