JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 28.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 85/ 2022.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the trial the victim has not supported the prosecution case and expressed her willingness to marry with this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, deposition of the victim and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the
